Gretsch Blacktop Filtertron Pickup Set (Neck+Bridge) - Nickel - w/ Mounting Rings

This is a set of Gretsch Blacktop Filter'Tron pickups, in nickel/chrome finish. This will also include the original mounting rings (silver finish) and screws. These came out of my Gretsch G5438T Electromatic Jet that I am in the process of modding. I left the wire leads as long as possible when I cut them off (approx. 10" on the neck P/U, and 8.5" on the bridge P/U).

These pickups are similar to the Gretsch HS Filter'Trons that are used on the higher-end Gretsch models. One key exception is that they use ceramic magnets, where the HS's use Alnico. These are very bright, chimey pickups that sound very similar to the HS's. The Blacktop variants are commonly used in the Gretsch Electromatic series guitars.

They are in perfect working condition, and excellent cosmetically, as well. The only reason I am listing them "as described" (no returns) is because they are electronic parts and will require a buyer that knows how to correctly wire/solder them. I don't want to sell them and someone wire them incorrectly, claim they're defective and return them to me in unusable condition. If installed properly, you will be happy with them. Please look up a wiring diagram for the guitar/circuit configuration that you will be using these in.
