The Real Deal! National Oval 8 fingerpicks are among the most sought after fingerpicks ever made.
They're called Oval 8's because the 8 in the patent number (1787136) has oval shapes instead of the round shape of the circles in the 8 of later picks. Also the 3 on this pick is rounded versus the squared off 3 on later picks. Many players use these for decades because of the high quality German silver they're made of.
