Neck Details: One-piece mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood board, center pearl dot inlays. -- The silkscreened Gibson logo has been worn off. The shadow can be seen under correct lighting. This is not uncommon with a logo of this type and from this era.

Case Details: Non-original black form fit hardshell.
Cosmetic Condition: This guitar shows lots of nice aging and use. Chips, nicks, dings, and other misc blemishes are throughout the body, neck, and headstock. Finish checking and polish swirls can be seen throughout as well as buckle rash on the back of the body.
Tech Notes: Currently setup with low action and optimal neck relief. The frets are tall showing signs of light playwear. -- FON dates this instrument to 1942.
