Separate gain and tone controls allow you to sculpt the sound you are after.
With the toggle switch down (Lo- Boost) the pedal lends itself to the more rockier, rhythm and solo parts with the tone knob left up. Wind the tone knob down for that classic “scooped mid” rhythm tone for dirty riffage. In the up position (Hi-Boost) the pedal produces the tone you need for blistering solo’s, or some extra power for your chords.
