A 1965 Burns/Baldwin prototype?
Regard the two switches for controlling the pick-ups.
The Burns Marvin was designed to meet Hank Marvin's requirements for his "ideal" electric guitar. There had been around 30 prototypes incorporating many new Burns features. The Marvin is fitted with 3 James O. Burns pick-ups, the Rezo-tube bridge, a vibrato unit for additional sustain and resonance and the three-piece "split-style" scratchplate.
As it was waiting for over 40 years as one of the stars in my collection it is hardly used and comes like brandnew. Please consider: From ist age it is a pure Burns Marvin, just forget about the other neck and the engraving on the little scratchboard. They didn't have other bodies schratchplate or electrics...
