Luthier Tool Tapered Reamer 1/8" to 1/2"

This tapered reamer is the ideal tool for enlarging holes in wood, plastic, or metal.  We use one of these almost daily in our own shop.
Specs:

• Reams holes from 1/8" to 1/2"
• Overall length 5"
• Hardened ground steel cutting edges
• T-Handle
• 6 flutes for extra smooth holes

Some of the uses include:

• Easily and safely enlarge holes in body, pickguard, or control plate for installing upgrade electronics. (For example installing CTS pots on import guitars.) 
• Enlarge tuning key holes
• Installing endpin jacks in acoustic guitars
