The LEF-612 pedal showcases a classic analog flanger effect, with filter mode and oscillator effects, in a modern unit.

The 2 modes, Normal and Filter, let you choose between the classic wave-like flanger effect and a more static flanger effect..  

The LEF-612 is a "Brian M" monster.

Controls used are for Color, Range, Rate and a 2 Position Mode Switch.
