Sony ES Series STR-DA1000ES 7.1 Channel 100 watts x 7 Surround Receiver MINT!

Sony has always designated their finest flagship audiophile models as part of their "ES" series. Here is a wonderful example of "ES" quality in a 7.1 surround receiver in beautiful elegant silver finish. Of course it does not utilize HDMI, but it has a wonderful array of home theater capabilities. This receiver decodes Dolby Digital EX, DTS-ES, DTS 96/24, DTS Neo:6, and Pro Logic II, it has Sony's Digital Cinema processing effects, it uses 32-bit processors and features both digital and analog bass management. There are 5 digital audio inputs, including one on the front panel, plus an optical audio output, along with a set of analog recording outputs. Turntable owners should know that this is a vinyl friendly receiver that features an excellent phono stage. Also features a 6 channel surround set of analog inputs (great for multi-channel SACD sources, among others. There are 3 audio (including phono) and 5 A/V (including 4 S-video & 1 front-panel) inputs. Sony provides 2 sets of main speaker outputs and 20 FM/10 AM presets. And it pushes a conservatively rated 100 watts at 8 ohms to all 7 channels, with just 0.09% total harmonic distortion.
