Overview
Taylor's rosewood-based 700 Series is home to the 716ce, an acoustic-electric guitar with a rosewood body and spruce top, finished off with an ebony fingerboard. The 716ce has the Grand Symphony body type, which is similar to Taylor's highly popular Grand Auditorium body type, but is generally an overall larger design. The "c" in the 716ce's name refers to the instrument's sleek Venetian cutway, while the "e" denotes the inclusion of Taylor Expression System electronics.
