Philippe Dubreuille Philippe Dubreuille Custom Guitar - left handed 2002 Red tiger maple

This was specially made for me - bespoke by the luthier Philippe Dubreuille (check out his website for some beautiful, unusual instruments). AAA woods; tiger maple top and neck. Neck-thru construction (better sustain). It's physically light, so very comfortable if playing for hours.
 It plays very easily, knife through butter sort of thing. Good intonation, stays in tune - Floyd Rose system so all the Steve Vai antics you want - Seymour Duncan pickups, with pull-push pots giving a wide range of tone. It has the feel of a shred guitar (I got it made when I was in to that) but the tonal range means you can play any style on it.
 It's in very good condition, except for a small crack (pictured) in the top from the bridge pick up to the bridge, and a few dings. The crack has been there for at least 10 years without having got bigger out changed in any way.
