Brand new condition. These are incredible instruments. Tenor uke size body, 6 strings tuned A to A like a guitar at capo 5 or a uke with 2 lower strings. An easy transition to a whole new world for guitar players!
This is a premium instrument made of gorgeously highly figured solid acacia, Tusq nut and saddle and great strings. Plays like a dream and sounds so great. An instrument unto itself, but the perfect couch instrument or something new to bring to the jam.
KoAloha used to make this instrument on Hawaii using Koa and ebony, but have moved to their Thai Opio plant to make with the exact same equipment and attention to detail, just using more available timbers, bringing the costs way down. This one actually has a neck from a KoAloha Hawaii instrument (that model is the D6 ((D-VI)) which you can see etched on the headstock).
It comes with the original KoAloha gig bag.
