condition: good
make / manufacturer: Kay Bass
model name / number: Concert C-1
I've got a 1963 C-1 Kay Bass. I've had this bass about 15 years. When I bought it I took it to Kevin Stewart (bass player for Big Sandy) for a $600 setup. A perfectly flattened and radiused finger board, new French spruce bridge, and peg stand with upgraded cable wrap. Bass has an Underwood pickup and an old worn out lightly padded nylon bag. As you see by the numbering this was probably originally an old band room instrument. The neck repair is probably 50 years old and has never been an issue. Setup with EAD gut strings and a steel string G. I am in SoCal, so if you are here we can make something happen otherwise I am not going to ship it. Thanks.
