Gretsch's answer to Gibson's Les Paul Jr. or Epiphone's Coronet this gorgeous, true vintage Corvette is finished in cherry & fitted with a HiloTron single coil pickup.
Additional features include a chunky mahogany neck & Burns vibrato tailpiece.
No serial information. Checking throughout. Patina on the chrome. Original parts. Bruises dents and dings. "Groovy" formerly written on the back in tape. Since removed and cleaned. Can still see the silhouette on the finish. Ships in a gig bag.

The original Corvette was released in 1961, in a variety of pickup and tailpiece configurations. All versions featured Gretsch's single-coil Hi-Lo'tron pickups, and a 3x3 headstock until 1964. The 6134 is a single-pickup vibrato tailpiece model. Also produced as a single pickup trapeze tailpiece model (6132/6133 Corvette), and a two pickup vibrato model (6135 Corvette).
