Product Overview
The original Corvette was released in 1961, in a variety of pickup and tailpiece configurations. All versions featured Gretsch's single-coil Hi-Lo'tron pickups, and a 3x3 headstock until 1964. The 6134 is a single-pickup vibrato tailpiece model. Also produced as a single pickup trapeze tailpiece model (6132/6133 Corvette), and a two pickup vibrato model (6135 Corvette).

The 6134 was updated in 1964 to a 2x4 headstock.
