Here is an early 80's Vantage Ghost VP-750 model. These guitars were the Japan-based Matsumoku Company answer to Gibbie's "The Paul" guitars (according to its all-mahogany body and neck it is way more closer to an all-mahogany model called Firebrand Deluxe and literally was its predecessor, cause Firebrand series first appeared two year later, in 1982). The pickups sound great, very Les Paul-ish for lack of a better term. People say these pickups were modeled after Gibson's "T-Top" humbuckers and I can say – they truly are! Tuners and bridge were replaced by its previous owner and trust me, they work great!
Overall, the guitar is in very good condition, having some wear and tear, nicks and dings. The frets have averaged slightly less than average wear on them. No major divets or flattened frets. The guitar sits comfortably around your neck and is far from cumbersome. All in all, this is a high quality-built guitar and there's nothing to be compared with any Epiphone or similar LP clone.
Features:
• Mahogany body • Set mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard • 24,75-inch scale • Gold hardware • Roller bridge • T-Top style humbuckers • Transparent Dark Walnut finish
