RARE! Vintage 60s Danelectro - Coral combo archtop acoustic longhorn guitar. I have only ever seen one other of these guitars and I was out actively playing in the 60s. The top is spruce and the back is flame maple. 23 1/2" scale, 1 3/4" at the nut, 15" wide, 2" deep, and 34" long. Lightweight. 4 lbs 8 oz. The neck is a Danelectro and the body is from Coral. These were assembled and sold by a fellow named Anthony Marc back in the day. The Dano frets are good, the nut is metal, and it has an adjustable bridge. This sounds and plays like a Danelectro - Coral not to be confused with a Gibson Hummingbird. Vintage Danos and Corals are quirky, rough, funky, unique sounding guitars but when you want that sound, you want that sound. This is a guitar for a pro. Have your tech set this up just the way you like. You won't run into another one of these at your next session or gig. Guitar is sold as is.
If you don't know what Danos and Corals are, DON'T BID. If you do know what this is, snap it up. You won't find another for your session rack.
