About This Listing

Actual guitar shown in the above photographs.

This is a Ruben Flores Academy Series R40C-63 classical guitar, in a 635mm scale length. This slightly smaller size makes it a great guitar for younger or smaller players, allowing easier access over the bout, and to the neck. This piece has a very nice and big sound despite its size, with a downright thunderous output from the bass strings. This piece is of a modest build, but it appears someone replaced the stock tuners with a heck of an upgrade, and the guitar is definitely better for it. The guitar does have its fair share of bumps and dings, but the only real issue is the tired neck that is causing some high action, but this could be alleviated with a shorter saddle. This is a great pick for a young student or smaller player, and ships in a hardshell case.
