This dobro is one of a kind top shelf quality guitar made by Robert Lawrence himself from his home luthier shop. Mr. Lawrence is respected by a number of very well known bluegrass pickers for his wonderful custom acoustic guitars as well as dobros and mandolins. His Dobro's are currently being played nearly monthly at the Grand Ole Opry. This guitar is brand new, has never had a previous owner.

 Lawrence guitars are based to similar styles and construction as early Martin and Gibson acoustic guitars. Bob has studied their construction for many years and added a couple of his own improvements. Many acoustic players cherish their Lawrence guitars saying, "This is the tone and playability I have always been after, but never able to find!".
