Turns on, tubes light up, makes noise but no stations come through.
Has speaker.
Chassis isn't rusty.
Has face-plate, escutcheon, dials, etc.
I could part it out for arguably more money, but want to get it to someone who will fix it.
Make me an offer, I'm making room for other projects!
