Selling Ultra Rare Perreaux PMF-1850 Power amplifier and Perreaux SM3 MM/MC Preamplifier.
Both Units turn on and look excellent for there age ( Production date September of 1985.) The potentiometers have just been cleaned and lubed with fader lube as a proper “tune-up / service”. There is no humming, hissing, static or cutting out, these are some really well built and great sounding units.
The amp and preamp look, sound, and perform FANTASTICALLY ! The light bulb for the power indicator on the amp is out which is quite common for these units and can be easily replaced with an LED bulb. The amp is conservatively rated at 180 watts per channel and is VERY POWERFUL ! THESE UNITS DRIVE THESE B&W 804'S LIKE NOTHING !
On the same build and sound quality as Krell, Classe, Mark Levinson, Mcintosh Bryston etc.Units will be packed VERY well with high density Particle board, Reinforced corner pieces and fully wrapped in bubble wrap for packing and put into a Heavy Duty Box. Shipping to the lower 48 states is a flat rate of $120 which will cover the cost of packing materials and supplies, tracking, insurance, and shipment to your desired location.
