The Pyle PTED01 offers all the tools needed for beginner to intermediate drummers to practice, learn, and record without the size and noise constraints of an acoustic set. Each of the seven pads has touch sensitivity for an accurate response. Use one of the built-in 25 presets, or create and store your own kit by choosing from 215 different percussion voices. Use the internal speakers, or envelope yourself in percussive rhythms by plugging in your own headphones.

You can connect this unit to your computer using the USB cable - it'll function as a MIDI controller for your favorite computer software (DAW like ProTools, etc.). You can also play along with the built-in songs. This kit includes a built-in metronome and reverb effect. It runs on batteries or the included AC adaptor.

**Unit does NOT include foot pedals** however the 7 pads can be customized to assign kick/hi-hat sounds. Did some research but am unsure whether other brand foot pedals are compatible (found mixed answers), or Pyle will provide replacement pedals.
