Black Diamond Pearl Inlay is Original and 100% Intact, with original nail-tacks, does have more than average fading. Original Black Lacquer finish is in good condition with wear and paint loss. Hoop lays flat with no bends or warps. In round within 1/16", smallest measurement: 20 3/16"
