The Microphone, diaphragm and the shockmount are 24k gold-plated!
This Microphone was part of a collection and was always kept in the original case, so it's still in excellent working condition, has absolutely no dents, scratches or other marks of use. (just see photos)
The audio results are excellent and even better then the regular U87's because more care was put into the creation of the limited gold edition.
Rarely offered and very rarely found in this condition makes this legendary piece of recording equipment a perfect addition for the serious microphone collector or producer. The microphone comes inside the original case, with the 24k gold plated shockmount and all included gadgetry shown above.
