This is (I believe) a 1968 Traynor PA, with a circuit nearly identical to that of the popular YBA-1, but with an extra 12AX7 and an impedance switch for 4, 8, or 16 ohms. Just like the YBA, it sounds great with guitar, and that's how I've been using it. I'm not the original owner, but I've owned it for over a decade and never had any problems. It has been modified to use a typical detachable three-prong power cable. The serial number is V-2280, and it's in pretty great cosmetic shape too. It absolutely has blemishes, and I've tried to photograph as many as possible, but it's in remarkably good shape for its age. These are rare, and don't pop up as often as YBA-1s.
