Purchased from 2nd owner in mid 90’s by the guy I traded a few weeks ago. Project he never got around to. Story is that a semi known rock guitarists used these necks on different bodies. In the meantime the finish was taken off the body. 2nd owner (poser) tried to hide the dot markers and sanded the headstock. He never played it and put the pickups in other guitars and lost the cavity cover.
The frets are 95% but need leveling. The board is flat with no real wear. Neck is straight and truss free. Body is one piece and awesome. Some staining from the previous owner playing it with some custom wound pickups he kept.
Kramer G1XXX serial plate and there are no repairs. R1 nut and flat neck profile with pretty good shoulder and little wear.
Really great restoration piece and probably the only way to get one under 5K. Trem arm and hard case included.
