Made in USA Peavey Impact Torino I Trans Red hardshell case included

PLEASE READ Complete description

Made-in-the-USA Peavey Impact Torino I (non trem version), finished in Translucent (see through) Red Gloss over Flamed Maple Top and Mahogany body and set neck with Rosewood fingerboard.  This guitar does have some fire damage, but there is absolutely NO Smoke smell on this guitar.  It doesn't smell like a heavily burned item or like it's been in a bar for years.  Includes SKB hardshell case! 

The Bad News

This guitar was in a home fire, where the original case was damaged beyond repair but there is a SKB hardshell case included with this listing.  The guitar however, suffered very little damage.  The damage is actually only cosmetic.  All the hardware had smoke damage but has been cleaned to a near mirror (although tainted/tarnished) finish.  The headstock received the brunt of the damage as some of the clear coat bubbled and some flaked off (see photos).  There are a couple other spots where some damage or wear is evident. I’ve tried to picture them as best I could.  The frets have nearly no play wear.  I’m a life-long guitar player and I’ve got 20 + years-experience repairing and setting up my own guitars.  I’ve gone through this guitar with a fine tooth comb and it’s set up very well and plays like it should.  There are no issues with the truss rod, it does its job and the neck is straight as an arrow no twists or buzzing frets. The action is super low and sounds great through my THR10X and Fender Blues Deville.  Other than a few bumps and bruises she’s a player!  I just don't play it enough.  So I’m putting it up for sale.  What you see is what you get.

Position3: Neck & Bridge = humbucking
Position4: Bridge pickup = single coil hum reducing
Position5: Bridge pickup = dual coil humbucking
