Cool guitar here, would make a good hard rock/metal guitar with some upgrades. Cosmetically this guitar is a mixed bag. The neck is very nice and in good shape. Frets are good, no buzzing and not in need of a redress. The 20th fret has a small mark of corrosion near the high E string, but doesn't affect any thing. The body isn't particularly bad, but has it's share of scratches and marks, the worst of which are pictured (please see pictures). Electronics work well, sounds good, some static when switching between pickup configurations. The major flaw of this guitar is the tremolo system, which is either blocked (most likely) or nonfunctional. It seems like these tremolo systems were not great to begin with, and most people upgrade to actual khaler tremolo (which is what i would be doing if I were to keep it).
Plastic on 80s fender case is badly warped on one side, but the inside is very nice and it closes and latches with ease (fully functional).
