The HF-2 Flanger circuit has loads of potential, but in it’s stock form it a pedal that’s muddy, thin and just plain wimpy sounding. However, the Fromel Supreme kit unleashes the robust, throbbing flange of the HF-2, while retaining the clarity and warmth of your original tone. In your pedal’s “born again” state, you can dial in everything from subtle filtered flavors to psychotic swirling madness!
 
Say Goodbye to Metallic Harshness – The supreme mod kit fine tunes the resonance and manual controls for smooth fat analog flanging.

Tired of the Thin tone – Both the op-amps in the signal path are replaced with socketed high quality audio op-amps. Your guitars natural tone will be preserved instead of being lost in a wash.

Eliminate Noise - The supreme mod kit replaces all the cheap electrolytic caps with high quality film caps so your tone is un-restricted and full of power. Upgraded power supply caps allow up to 18V for more clean headroom. 

Faster and Deeper – The LFO is fine tuned for faster maximum speed and deeper maximum depth, all the slow speeds are left intact.

Know your speed
A special dual LED will glow Red in time with the rate knob when
bypassed. When the effect is engaged, the LED turns Blue.

Vintage Flanging
You can tune the HF-2 to sound very similar to the vintage MXR flanger, parts and instructions are included for this option. 
  
PSA Power Supply
Many HF-2’s only work with the old style Boss ACA power adapter. The Supreme mod kit converts the pedal to run off the new standard Boss PSA 
power adapter.
