This is a USA built left-handed bass.
Leo Fender's L-2000 helped revolutionize electric basses. With its humbucker pickups and active/passive controls, this model gives the player a wide range of sound possibilities.
It is a remarkably well-built instrument and it's been kept in very good condition. There is some light belt rash on the back side. A previous owner moved the string tree position, so the former string tree hole remains visible (see photo).
The bass looks terrific and plays great. Very minimal fret wear. Great maple neck. Absolutely ZERO fret sprout. Just a dynamite instrument.
Neck date is May 1996.
It comes with a padded gig bag.
