This is a vintage solid state keyboard/guitar amp that was made famous as part of Neil Young's rig. It has two 8" speakers, two 12" speakers, and two 15" speakers. Not all of them are currently wired up. The wiring is easily accessible in the back and could be cleaned up. It is currently working--with two channels, four total 1/4 inputs, several different tone modes, high & low EQ, tremolo and reverb.
It was formerly owned by a local high school. It needs some work aesthetically and with the wiring if you want to tidy it up, but is currently working and ready to play. I generally use it for electric guitar. It was used at my church weekly for about a year-- it has a real sweet spot when cranked and miced up with a '57 on the right 12" speaker.
