Excellent multiband compression in a pedal format. Akai discontinued this series of pedals and are now sought after by bassists and guitarists alike looking for extra control over their dynamics. I've gotten some of the wildest sounds out of this pedal that simply can not be achieved by another effect. From massive synth bass to a filtered telephone sound to a weird dynamic phase sounds. Truly weird stuff can happen with this thing.
