Instrument purchases need to have the buyer’s physical address as the ship-to (UPS and FedEx do NOT deliver to PO Boxes).
Buyers can request a quote for the additional shipping cost, in cases where USPS is preferred or an only option for the buyer.

Our official hours of operation for spring and summer are: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Wednesday and Friday; 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday Eastern Standard Time. We are closed Sundays. Our regular shipping days are Monday through Friday.
