i purdhased this in 1967 , from lafayette electronics, mail order catalog it was the coolest fuzz effect pedal i ever had, i used it to the point of almost going into another dimension, it does not work, the foot switch itself would need replaced and it should be an easy rebuild, all the the transistors are color coded, i am selling it because of rarity and i do not play much these days and when i do, its bass.. this is a rare bird MAKE A STRONG OFFER,, IT is also listed on two other sites but i prefer reverb, because they are much fairer in price than ebay,, it is not on ebay , and wont be unless it doesnt move in a few days
