- Features: Multi-ply binding on body top & headstock, single on body back & fretboard, floral theme pickguard, adjustable bridge, upgraded Schaller tuning machines, crown MOP inlays on fretboard and headstock.
- Condition: This guitar is in good shape, especially for its age. There's some small dings & chips in the finish throughout, as you'd expect on an older guitar like this. Some light scratches/pick marks from play as well, but again nothing too extreme. There's a crack on the top near the binding which is discolored a bit (see pic). The neck has some dings, and the binding has some finish cracks along its length, but I don't notice these at all while playing! The neck is fairly thick & meaty, and it's very comfortable for playing both chords and lead lines. The headstock has some chips in the finish, but again nothing out of the scope of an older guitar. It does look like the headstock has been refinished: you can almost make out the ghost outlines of a logo, and there's some light scratches throughout. It's pretty subtle unless you look up close. The fretboard has some dings in it here and there, and there's a hairline crack in the center from about the 6th to the 15th fret (see pics), but structurally the fretboard is fine. There's some light fretwear, but no grooves: plenty of life left in these frets. This guitar sounds great! It's got a nice, throaty voice that really sings. The action is right where you want it to be, the neck is straight, and every note frets cleanly all the way up. This is a very cool guitar! It looks great, plays extremely well, and it sounds good to boot. It's the type of guitar that is hard to put down once you pick it up; you just want to keep playing it! Everything pictured is ready to be professionally packed and shipped.
