Fantastic 1993 Guild DV52NT - left hand conversion. Professionally done with double pickguards. This guitar has a balanced sound and DEEP bass!
The Guild DV-52 was a Guild model, produced starting in 1992 and continuing all the way to 2001 according to Guild records. It is SCALLOP braced!
SPECS:
- standard dreadnought measuring approximately 16 7/8” in width
- East Indian rosewood back and sides
- ebony for the unbound, dotmarker inlaid fingerboard carved bridge with the “drop in” bone or bone-like saddle
- tuners are gold-plated Grover Rotomatics.
- NT means natural top, HG means high gloss finish.
- scalloped bracing
- 25.5” scale.
- 1 11/16th” at the nut
- bridge string spacing is 2 1/16th” at the saddle.
- internal pickup - I dont use it and cant verify it works
CONDITION:
- professional lefty conversion
- includes original HSC
- two very fine surface cracks below the bridge. They do not appear to go through the wood
- various surface scuffs etc to be expected of a 25 year old guitar
- neck angle and action are good
