Custom Jerrycaster was assembled by Andrew Olson using Warmoth parts. It has the all important super II in the middle with coil splits and the Wald buffer and OBEL. The bridge PUP is a Lollar imperial and the neck is Lollar special, again the middle is the Dimarzio Super II which is one of the essential parts to getting a great Jerry tone.
Stainless steel frets polished to perfection.
Flame maple neck is Warmoth's Clapton carve, its easy to play with satin finish for a great feel
Buzz Feiten tuning system allows for spot on intonation... plays in tune all over the neck better than any F style guitar I have come across.
Andrew Olson used threaded inserts to mount the neck, its the tightest neck joint I have ever seen on a which no doubt improves tone and sustain.
Body is chambered swamp ash and is very light …great guitar when you are doing long sets
The finish on the body is a far from perfect, several chips. It is a thin nitrocellulose, some guitars companies charges extra for a worn nitro finish ... it still looks great and is really unique… so take that for what its worth.
Wald Buffer and OBEL (on board effects loop) wired just like Jerry's guitars...
