This is a rare vintage 80's Dean Markley CD-60 all tube combo amplifier. They just reissued a new version of this amp, but this is the vintage original.
If you Google this amp you'll find that it was a favorite of Eric Clapton, Alex Lifeson and Andy Summers. This was the Dean Markley attempt to out-perform the Mesa Boogie amps of the same era. It's a great sounding tube combo with channel switching, reverb and an effects loop that you can turn on or off via the footswitch. The amp works great and comes with an extra set of 4 main power amp tubes and an extra set of 3 preamp tubes.
