About This Listing

These Cumberland Acoustic Mandolin Armrests are finely crafted from aged jet black ebony. Once in place, they will help protect your mandolin from sweat and “finish wear” that might occur from your forearm rubbing against the instrument as you play. You might even find that your tone and volume are enhanced. Both the armrest and the clamp have a narrow layer of cork to protect your finish. This product comes complete with an adjusting tool to snugly fit the armrest to your mandolin.

We also offer these Armrests in Rosewood and your choice of either chrome or gold plating on the hardware. Please check our other ads here on Reverb.com for these options.

One last thing, you might want to check the thickness of the body of your mandolin before ordering. These Armrests are designed to clamp on any body thickness that is approximately 1 5/8" - 2 1/16" thick. Over the years, we have found that this range works fine with most mandolins, but it's best to check!

One more last thing! Our Armrest is shown on one of our own RedLine Acoustics Traveler flat mandolin in this ads, but they work equally well on A-Style and F-Style mandolins. By the way, they also work well with the Tone-Gard, which you can find on our other ads here on Reverb.com.

As always, thank you for looking, and let us know if you have any questions.
