I have this bass now for a little while and never got the preamp to work properly, so I had a new preamp installed by a professional.
The preamp knob layout is exactly the same as the original.
This is a great bass and very lightweight, plays smooth and sounds really nice, not to mention they are very hard to find with the great quality made in Japan craftsmanship they are known for.
There are minor signs of use and as you can see on the photos, there is some cracking on the paint but nothing bad. Actually it looks really cool and it shows it's age.
Again, the bass is in good working condition.
The bass will be shipped in the hard case pictured above.
