The Subkick-02 has been Discontinued.

The Subkick-02 Low Frequency Microphone is based on the classic speaker mic or 'subkick' design. These mics specialize in capturing very low bass frequencies, and in combination with other mics, add amazing low end punch to sources such as kick drums and bass amps.

With our design we utilize a low output wattage, full range 6.5" speaker in combination with a vented recycled plastic shell which provides mechanical air damping. Both of these elements ensure that the Subkick-02 runs at a safe output level, similar to a condenser mic,  so you can plug it into most mic preamps without the need of a DI.  The Subkick-02 also features Canare cable on the inside, a Neutrik xlr connector on the outside and a built in mic clip to mount on any mic stand.

As of the 12th of Spetember 2018, all Subkick-02's will come with a rigid mic stand connector as shown in the pictures (not the  mic clip style one of previous versions).

Check out our youtube microphone test of our Subkick in front of a kick drum. Remember to listen to it with studio quality speakers as the main benefit of using the Subkick-02 is in the LOW frequencies which you WON'T hear through your phone or laptop speakers.
