- Body: the top has a four super small dings on the bass side about half way between the stopbar and the bottom edge binding--a few similar dings can be found on the back and sides upon close inspection; a 2.5" long thin indentation can be seen on the back of the body next to the selector switch cover, which also has a a couple of medium-sized indentation spots next to it, however none of these are through the lacquer and into the wood; some very light surface scratches on the lacquer, nothing though to the wood, can be found on the top, back, and sides upon close inspection--the ebony finish definitely helps hide these; there is virtually no buckle rash
