The TV Classic captures the vintage twang and growl of a late 1950's, and early 1960's vintage Filter'Tron. The neck pickup is a re-creation of the original Ray Butts/ Gretsch PAT. APPLIED FOR 1959 design. The bridge position is compensated with slightly more power, and wider pole-to-pole spacing to match the wider string spacing at the bridge. The TV Classic is their most popular pickup. The all-around versatility of a TV Classic makes this a great choice for rock, blues, rockabilly, country and more!
