Guild Orpheum 12 fret slope shoulder dreadnought 2013 Sunburst w/ Baggs Lyric pickup

From the custom shop, a 2013 Guild Orpheum 12 fret slope shoulder Dreadnought. Adirondack top, Mahogany back & sides. Comes with luthier-installed Baggs Lyric pickup, and hard shell case. Beautiful and fantastic sounding guitar. The guitar is in very good condition. It has a shallow gouge about 1/4" long in the neck heel that looks heinous in the photo, but IRL it's not much of anything. There are a couple of small marks/dings if you look for them in the right light, but generally it's in very good cosmetic condition, and structurally flawless with good action. $2485, plus shipping and PayPal fees. Note, Reverb lists the shipping cost at $0, which is incorrect. I'm just asking for actual shipping cost, whatever that ends up being. I can knock a bit off for a local pickup (Northern California). Happy to discuss some other payment arrangement if you want to avoid PayPal fees (bank counter check maybe?). This is my first listing at Reverb, but I have bought and sold guitars elsewhere online and can provide references if you want them.
