D'Addario ECG23 Chromes Flat Wound Guitar Strings deliver the smooth feel and warm, mellow tone that have made flatwounds a favorite among jazz players and guitarists looking for a darker, more controlled sound. Chromes are wound with flattened stainless steel ribbon wire and polished to an exceptionally smooth surface, reducing finger noise while providing a comfortable feel across the fretboard. The Extra Light 10-48 set offers easier playability and lower tension than heavier traditional flatwound sets, making it a great choice for players who want classic flatwound character without an overly stiff feel.
