This Pearl Modern Utility is a 14X5.5 snare drum with a 6-ply all-maple shell in a Natural finish. Pearl designed and priced the line for the working drummer. It is a floor model in like-new condition.
The maple shell gives you a warm, balanced tone with crisp articulation. That suits students, working drummers, educators and recording sessions across a wide range of styles. The shell uses Pearl SST construction. The hardware pairs CL Bridge Lugs with an SR700 strainer and 1.6mm triple-flanged hoops. This drum was a display unit. It was never played in performance and saw only light showroom handling, so it looks like new. It has full mechanical and cosmetic function.
