Hello,

Up for sale is a 1996 Fender Stratocaster Eric Clapton signature model, in highly desirable Torino Red color.

This guitar is like a Strat on steroids.  Perfect instrument if you play directly through a valve amp as the versatility of the electronics is mind-blowing and will enable you to get a large variety of sounds by the touch of a knob (or three knobs to be precise).  Sounds range from your typical Strat clear and shiny sound to humbucker-like growls.

This is a very good condition instrument and is 100% original, down to the last screw. The Torino Red color is still very shiny and there are no scratches on the body. The pickguard has yellowed and there are various shades do the the former existence of a now removed sticker on it. There is some varnish missing on the lower side of some frets (the high E side), but it does not affect playability at all. It's purely cosmetic.

This Clapton Strat is set-up with 10/46 and is ready to be played (relief, action and intonation).

Comes with its original tweed case, Fender goodies and its sales invoice dated 2001.
