Used EVH 5150III LBX-II 15-Watt Tube Amp Head — Excellent
Serial: EVH-048818
Both channels work perfectly — Blue (crunch) and Red (full burn) sound exactly like they should. Light use, smoke-free home, kept indoors.
Includes a footswitch (works; I can't confirm it's the original) and power cable. Head only — the Mesa cab in the photos is not included (and yes, it can absolutely drive an oversized Mesa 4x12... little guy is an absolute beast).
One disclosure: it's missing one small chassis screw on the back panel. Purely cosmetic.
Will ship free, insured via Reverb Safe Shipping, packed in a double-walled box with plenty of padding. Happy to answer questions or send more photos.
