This is the REAR cover plate for a Yamaha TX Rack (TX816/TX216, etc). It fits over an empty slot if you remove a TF1 module.
Very hard to find, and vital to keep dust out if your unit isn't full.
This is the cheapest listed in years, so if you need one, this is a good opportunity.
