Rare reissue. A true player’s instrument with character and soul.

This Fender Telecaster Deluxe (Mexico) arrives in a rich Wine/Cherry finish that turns heads the moment it leaves the case. Previously upgraded with quality tuner heads by the former owner, it has been a trusted companion through countless hours of practice and learning.

I’ve loved every note this guitar has given me — now it’s time for it to inspire the next generation. I’m especially eager to place it in the hands of a young player who’s ready to grow with a real Fender.

It features what appear to be humbucker pickups (please verify to your satisfaction) and may need a simple output jack replacement — minor details that keep it priced accessibly for the right buyer. Asking $800 for this Deluxe model. Open to respectable offers. Serious offers welcomed, with preferential consideration for a youth or aspiring player.

What is Deluxe? The Telecaster Deluxe is Fender’s dual-humbucker version of the Tele. It was originally introduced in 1972–73 to compete with Gibson Les Pauls. Instead of the classic single-coil Tele pickups, it has two large “Wide Range” humbuckers, a Strat-style headstock, four knobs (independent volume & tone for each pickup), and a three-way toggle. It’s thicker, louder, and more rock-oriented than a normal Tele. The Made-in-Mexico version is a Classic Series ’72 Telecaster Deluxe (or a later Vintera version) — a solid, popular reissue that has been made in Mexico since the mid-2000s.
