With a degree of sadness I'm selling my near mint SG1820 as I've just bought a guitar that I have lusted/fantasised about on and off for almost 50 years. In agreement with Mrs Amplifire (my band is The Amplifires) we now have a policy of one in, one out.

In theory this 1820 was a back up to my 1820-A but it never worked out like that - it simply hasn't left the house. The 1820 is the Yamaha equivalent of the Les Paul Custom - perfectly hand-crafted and play exceptionally well. Please see below for the spec as copied from a dealer site. The guitar does everything a very, very good Les Paul will do..............

I'm more than happy for prospective buyers to come round and have a look. In fact you will need to as this is collection only - collection is available during daytime working hours as well as evenings.

Transport/delivery could be available but message me to find out if it's possible; I can travel or meet an agreed distance for the cost of fuel for example.
