KORG Polysix
The Polysix was released in 1981 as a programmable, 6-voice polyphonic analog synthesizer.Featuring a configuration of 1 VCO (with a sub-oscillator), 1 VCF, 1 VCA, and 1 EG?with selectable SAW, PW, and PWM waveforms?it also included chorus, phase, and ensemble effects, as well as performance modes such as chord memory, arpeggiator, and unison. Thanks to its intuitive operation and rich, deep sound, it became a massive global hit, and even today, its distinctive string and pad sounds can still be heard frequently.

The Polysix is one of Korgfs most iconic synthesizers. Combined with its rich, full-bodied sound, the Polysix instantly became a bestseller worldwide. Its unique sound continues to be loved around the globe.
